Very interesting Caroline, such contradictory statements about the situation in public services are common these days, several inmates and guards say the situation is appalling and ineffective, then the boss steps up and says everything fine, and its getting better! So frustrating!
Good to hear your voice, I didn’t hear this article, even tho I do enjoy woman hr – I can’t hear it at work where its too noisy, so I haven’t heard much woman hr for a few yrs now 😦
